Kushtet e Përdorimit

1. Shërbimi

MesoDeutsch është një platformë për të mësuar gjuhën gjermane, e dedikuar për shqipfolësit.

• Falas: mësimet A1–C1, kuizet, kartat e fjalorit, sfida ditore, XP dhe streak.
• Premium: provime praktike Goethe A1, moduli Gjermanisht për Call Center dhe përgatitja për intervistë pune.

Përmbajtja dhe veçoritë mund të përmirësohen, ndryshohen ose hiqen me kalimin e kohës.

2. Llogaria

• Duhet të jesh të paktën 13 vjeç për të krijuar një llogari.
• Je përgjegjës për saktësinë e të dhënave dhe për ruajtjen e fjalëkalimit tënd.
• Llogaria është personale. Nuk lejohet ndarja e saj me të tjerë.
• Premium lidhet me llogarinë, jo me pajisjen: e ke në çdo pajisje ku hyn me të njëjtën llogari.

3. Premium dhe abonimet

Premium ofrohet si abonim që rinovohet automatikisht:

• Mujor — 5,99 € në muaj
• 3-mujor — 14,99 € çdo 3 muaj
• Vjetor — 34,99 € në vit

Çmimi përfundimtar shfaqet gjithmonë në faqen e pagesës para se të konfirmosh, dhe mund të ndryshojë sipas vendit, monedhës dhe taksave. Abonimi rinovohet automatikisht në fund të çdo periudhe, përveç nëse e anulon të paktën 24 orë para.

Premium mund të blihet:

• Në App Store (iPhone/iPad) — pagesa dhe faturimi kryhen nga Apple, sipas kushteve të Apple.
• Në faqen tonë të internetit — porositë përpunohen nga shitësi ynë online Paddle.com. Paddle.com është Merchant of Record për të gjitha porositë në web dhe trajton pagesën, faturimin dhe TVSH-në.

Nëse ndryshojmë çmimin e një abonimi ekzistues, të njoftojmë para rinovimit të radhës.

4. Anulimi

Mund ta anulosh abonimin në çdo kohë. Qasja në Premium vazhdon deri në fund të periudhës së paguar.

• App Store: Cilësimet e iPhone → emri yt → Abonimet → MesoDeutsch.
• Web: përmes linkut në email-in e faturës nga Paddle, ose duke na shkruar në email.

E rëndësishme: fshirja e llogarisë ose e aplikacionit nuk e anulon abonimin. Abonimi duhet anuluar veçmas, sipas hapave më sipër.

5. Rimbursimet

Rimbursimet trajtohen sipas Politikës së Rimbursimit.

6. Përdorimi i lejuar

MesoDeutsch është për përdorim personal dhe jo-komercial. Nuk lejohet:

• kopjimi, shpërndarja ose rishitja e mësimeve, audios, provimeve praktike apo përmbajtjeve të tjera;
• nxjerrja automatike e përmbajtjes (scraping) ose qasja e paautorizuar në sistemet tona;
• ndarja e llogarisë ose e Premium-it me persona të tjerë;
• përdorimi i shërbimit në mënyrë që shkel ligjin ose të drejtat e të tjerëve.

7. Pronësia intelektuale

Përmbajtja e MesoDeutsch — tekstet, ushtrimet, audio, ilustrimet, maskota dhe emri — është pronë e jona ose përdoret me leje. Këto kushte nuk të japin asnjë të drejtë mbi to përtej përdorimit personal të shërbimit.

8. Përmbajtja edukative

MesoDeutsch të ndihmon të mësosh dhe të ushtrohesh, por nuk garanton kalimin e ndonjë provimi apo arritjen e një niveli të caktuar. Provimet praktike janë ndërtuar sipas strukturës publike të provimit Goethe-Zertifikat A1: Start Deutsch 1. MesoDeutsch nuk është i lidhur me Goethe-Institut dhe nuk është i miratuar prej tij.

Shërbimi ofrohet “siç është”. Përpiqemi që përmbajtja të jetë e saktë, por mund të ketë gabime.

9. Kufizimi i përgjegjësisë

Në masën e lejuar nga ligji, nuk mbajmë përgjegjësi për dëme indirekte që rrjedhin nga përdorimi i shërbimit, dhe përgjegjësia jonë totale kufizohet në shumën që ke paguar për MesoDeutsch gjatë 12 muajve të fundit. Asgjë në këto kushte nuk kufizon të drejtat e tua si konsumator që nuk mund të përjashtohen me ligj.

10. Pezullimi dhe fshirja e llogarisë

Mund ta pezullojmë ose mbyllim një llogari që shkel këto kushte. Ti mund ta fshish llogarinë në çdo kohë nga aplikacioni: Profili → Zona e Rrezikshme → “Fshij llogarinë time”.

11. Ndryshimet e kushteve

Mund t’i përditësojmë këto kushte. Versioni i ri publikohet në këtë faqe me datë të re. Për ndryshime të rëndësishme të njoftojmë paraprakisht. Vazhdimi i përdorimit pas ndryshimit do të thotë se i pranon kushtet e reja.

12. Ligji i zbatueshëm

Këto kushte rregullohen nga ligjet e Republikës së Kosovës. Nëse je konsumator në një vend tjetër, ruan mbrojtjet që të jep ligji i vendit ku banon.

1. The service

MesoDeutsch is a German-learning platform for Albanian speakers.

• Free: A1–C1 lessons, quizzes, vocabulary flashcards, daily challenge, XP and streaks.
• Premium: Goethe A1 practice exams, the Call Center German module and job-interview preparation.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 13. You are responsible for your account details and password. Accounts are personal and may not be shared. Premium belongs to the account, not the device.

3. Premium and subscriptions

Premium is an auto-renewing subscription: monthly €5.99, every 3 months €14.99, or yearly €34.99. The final price, including any applicable tax, is always shown at checkout and may vary by country and currency. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• App Store (iPhone/iPad): payment and billing are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms.
• Our website: our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our web orders and handles payment, invoicing and sales tax/VAT.

If we change the price of an existing subscription, we will notify you before your next renewal.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time; Premium stays active until the end of the paid period. App Store: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Web: use the link in your Paddle receipt email or contact us. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel a subscription.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use and intellectual property

MesoDeutsch is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute or resell our lessons, audio or practice exams, scrape the service, share your account or Premium, or use the service unlawfully. All content, the name and the mascot are owned by us or used under licence.

7. Educational content

MesoDeutsch helps you learn and practise but does not guarantee passing any exam or reaching any level. Practice exams follow the public format of the Goethe-Zertifikat A1: Start Deutsch 1. MesoDeutsch is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Goethe-Institut. The service is provided “as is”.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for MesoDeutsch in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Suspension, changes and governing law

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Danger Zone → Delete my account). We may update these terms and will give notice of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo; if you are a consumer elsewhere you keep the protections of your country of residence.
